As a business using Review Factory, you are responsible for:
Obtaining any legally required consent from your customers before submitting their contact information to our platform.
Ensuring your SMS campaigns comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any applicable state laws, and that your email campaigns comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Honoring opt-out requests from your customers promptly.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Google and GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms and encourage you to review their policies independently.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
